TAA Support U.S. Supreme Court Decision on Vaccine Mandate

**Terzakis & Associates** applauds today’s decision from the U.S. Supreme Court to strike down OSHA’s vaccine mandate, which would requires businesses with 100 or more employees to have employees vaccinated or undergo weekly testing.

We believe that the **Supreme Court Of The United States (SCOTUS) did the right thing for small businesses across the US**, most of who’re still working so hard to get their business back since the beginning of the pandemic.

After a very looooooonnnnnng 24-months of sizable business disruptions, this whole mandate thing was about to drag us all to a whole new level of hell.

Again, **Terzakis & Associates** is overjoyed that SCOTUS has stopped the rule from taking effect!

This mandate surely would have had **unrecoverable compliance costs**, **lost profits**, **lost sales**, and further exacerbate **the labor shortage** for small businesses.

So, for today, we take a victory lap for today’s decision.
After all, it means we are **still free!**
