Who We Are
Terzakis & Associates is led by Susan & Jessica Terzakis, a mother–daughter team with deep experience inside founder-led, small-to-mid-sized companies and enterprises.
We’re operators first.
Over the years, we’ve worked with businesses across trades, professional services, engineering, finance, and other industries, all with the same underlying pattern: strong revenue, strong reputation, and an overextended founder at the center of it all.
In each case, our work focused on reducing founder decision-load, clarifying ownership, and building leadership across the organization.
We’re comfortable handling the complexity that comes with growth: multiple entities, family members in the business, long-tenured team members, and structures that were never really “designed” so much as built on the fly.

ONE | I won the Alfred Ernest Richards award for promising potential in literature and teaching, which started my 15-year career in teaching, curriculum design, and storytelling.
